Yes, we do! Training at our office can be done for as little as 2 hours or as much time as you'd like. Training sessions are tailored to fit the needs of your practice, and the questions of your staff. We usually do training in 3 hour sessions at a time, on a REASONALBE hourly rate based upon the number of staff attending. After you learn a bit, we encourage you to begin to use what you've learned, compile more questions, and come back for a follow-up session or two. By doing this once a year, your staff will always be current, and continue to learn new ways of using Medisoft to optimize your practice's efficiency and Medisoft's revenue boosting capabilities.

We'd also strongly recommend "Successfully using Medisoft", a complete Medisoft vido training package, available for versions 9, 10, 11 or 12. No. All Medisoft products are priced separately, so you can buy only what you need, rather than a 'package' that you may not use. From the Medisoft Basic, up to the Medisoft Network Professional, there is a program to meet the needs and budget of your practice or billing service. Furthrmore, when upgrading (some rules to apply) you will receive credit for your current version of Medisoft. This makes staying up-to-date easy and inexpensive!
